Tatting and Thursday's Inspiration

This is an eighteen inch wide doily that I made as a heirloom piece for my daughter to hand down to her children. It was made from size 80 hand dyed thread. The pattern came from Georgia's website for the online tatting class.

the spirit laughs for what it has found."

I've always loved this piece! - I remember you ordering the thread to make it. Is there a link to the pattern? - I've had a look at the online classes, but without knowing what year it was discussed, it's impossible to find it.

I have found it! - trawled through all the classes for years and years, and it's the Spencer Doily! Whew!
I remember at the time you were running out of the special thread and had to have a BIG skein of it specially dyed.
It's a beautiful piece.
