Tatting and Inspiration

I know it has been awhile since there has been pictures of tatting but here is a doily that I just finished. The pattern is called Mom's Pink Doily and was designed by Nancy Tracy. The pattern can be found here. This doily is made with Oren Bayan size perle 12 colour #865. The doily still needs to be blocked.

And here is today's inspiration.

I am not a green fan, but that is awesome! :)

I like that pattern in green! I have made two of these doilies in pink varigated for a friend who wanted them for her side tables. Very traditional and easy pattern to work.

I did wonder if you'd given up tatting. Beautiful doily!

Thank you everyone for your kind comments. I have not given up tatting it is that for the past 4 months I have not had time to do much. I am looking forward to getting back into the swing of things.

very nice!! I did the same doily and won a blue at the fair. I started with the Liz Christmas Angel (red and white) then finished it with red one row and white another row. It still needs the other row but I may not do it. I do like the single color and the green is stunning!!
